Keeping the web site in a clean and organized state is always a challenge.  In an attempt to manage the information, I am collapsing as much as can be under primary leading tabs that expand out to include other secondary header tabs with subject tabs below those.  The challenge is keeping as much information on top while providing an uncluttered view of the site.
